Anjir Terms of Service

1. Creating an Anjir Account

a. Account Registration and Use License: You must register for an Anjir Account to access the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Anjir grants you a limited license to use the Service for the Subscription Term, solely for your internal business purposes.

b. Eligibility: By creating an Anjir Account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

c. Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Anjir Account credentials and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Fees and Terms

a. Fees: Certain features are accessible after payment of applicable Fees. Services provided during a free trial are provided "as-is".

b. Subscription Term and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel or downgrade before the expiration of your current term.

c. Cancellation and Termination: You can cancel your Anjir Account by following the steps outlined in your account settings. Please note that simply contacting support or canceling payments does not constitute account termination.

3. Private Information

a. Confidential Information: Each party may disclose Confidential Information. The Receiving Party agrees to protect such information and only use it for its intended purpose.

b. Compelled Access or Disclosure: If required by law, the Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information with prior notice to the Disclosing Party.

4. Your Use of the Service

a. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

b. Prohibited Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, distribute, or rent the Service, conduct security tests, or use it for competitive purposes.

5. Data Security and Privacy

a. Data Privacy: Anjir’s Privacy Policy is integrated into these Terms. You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

b. Security: We implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your data.

6. Services Provided by Third Parties

a. Third-Party Services: The Service may include integrations with Third-Party Services. Anjir is not responsible for the content, functionality, or reliability of such services.

7. Legal Obligations

We may share your information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or in connection with business transactions like mergers or acquisitions.
