This Anjir Privacy Statement explains how Anjir, Inc. and our related organizations gather, utilize, process, and disclose personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Statement applies to, as well as any other website that links to it (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement also applies to information collected through the services we provide through our developer programs (the Anjir developer platform and the Anjir services, together referred to as "Services"), communities, marketing and customer engagement, and branded social media pages.

This Privacy Statement does not relate to information we collect on workers (which is covered by our employment policies) or job applicants (which is covered by our Applicant Privacy Statement). This Privacy Statement does not include information gathered by third parties, such as third-party websites, social media platforms or accounts, third-party service providers, or any third-party services or applications that interface with our Services. This Privacy Statement also does not apply to non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated or anonymous data.

Data Use for AI and ML Models

We explicitly affirm that no data obtained from Google Workspace APIs is utilized to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. Our use of data strictly adheres to enhancing personalized user experiences and functionalities, complying with all relevant regulations and policies.

For Business objectives: We provide information to suppliers and service providers in order for them to assist us in providing the Site, Services, partner programs, and communities, as well as for our own business objectives. Third-Party Widgets: When you click on a widget or social media feature, such as the Twitter "tweet" button or the Facebook "like" button, these widgets will share information with the widget provider (such as your IP address, the page you are visiting on the Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly).
